Set amongst the same stunning Pennine scenery that inspired TV’s Last of the Summer Wine and Where the Heart Is, Thongsbridge enjoys a delightful rural location. Yet at the same time has easy connections by road and rail to Huddersfield, Leeds and Manchester.
Connaught were contracted to find solutions for this very challenging site which included large slopes across a 50m site topography. After extensive investigations by Connaught, we successfully redesigned the entire site layout providing cost solutions producing a more visually enhanced redesign. This in no small part led to Connaught being awarded Proactive Contractor of the Year by Redrow.
