The Vyrnwy Aqueduct Modernisation Programme is refurbishing the existing three pipelines which deliver high-quality drinking water to millions across Cheshire, Merseyside, and the North West.

The Siphon 1 Phase that spans from Malpas to Cotebrook, required the construction of 37 temporary haul roads across 14km of agricultural land using zero muck to landfill however importing aggregates. Ecofill was able to use the site-won material and transform it into aggregate replacement products.Â
